How it started

The reason behind
the book

I used to think healthy eating meant restriction — plain chicken, dry rice, no flavor, no spices or salt even?! That does not sound fun right..?

And the more I tried to "diet hard," the worse I felt. Low energy, cravings, bad digestion, bloating, gut issues, minimal progress. Over time, I realised something important: the way you eat has to support your goals and your lifestyle. You won't stay consistent if you hate your food.

After competing, reverse dieting, healing my digestion, and finding balance, I started creating high-protein meals that are simple, delicious, and keep me full — meals I actually look forward to every day.

No extremes. No starving. No guilt around food. Just real, simple meals that make you feel strong and satisfied.
